Today, many companies are trying to start "Doing Agile". What does this really mean to them? Unfortunately, for many companies they are doing it because it "sounds good" or "it's what everyone else is doing".
Agile Frameworks such as OpenAgile or SCRUM are not sets of Processes or Procedures for your company to "DO AGILE". The frameworks are just that. FRAMEWORKS. They have simple "rules" to follow or to guide you to learn about them. Your organization needs to "BECOME AGILE", not "DO AGILE".
This is easy to misunderstand or get wrong. If you've started down the Agile path and have discovered that things aren't working out as expected, don't feel bad. You are not alone! That's what this site is about.
